We do our best to ensure you're getting products you'll love. Please check your item(s) as soon as they arrive. Make sure the item(s) you purchased are the correct size and/or color. If you have any questions about your item(s) please do not use them. Put them back in their original packaging and call us right away. Be sure to inspect your cover for fit and satisfaction within 15 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of your order being delivered**. The item(s) must be in a new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork. Most of the items available at California Covers may be returned for full or partial credit. However, some items for your specific vehicle are not returnable .In the case of defect or our error, these items may be returned for full or partial credit, depending on the circumstances.
Products that are not returnable
These items are not returnable. In the case of defect or our error, they may be returned following the proper Returns procedure. The vast majority of our customers are extremely happy with their items and never need to return them.
California Covers cannot accept returns of customized items such as car covers that were created with a dimension sheet. California Covers does not accept returns of used items, returns of products noted in the description as non-returnable (such as custom or items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Any cancellation or change of mind after an item is manufactured and/or shipped is subject to a $20.00 inspection fee and a 15% restocking fee. Sorry no exceptions. All returned item(s) will be examined upon arrival. In order to receive credit for your return (not including shipping costs and fees), the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
This process must be started within 15 days of the product being delivered to you* The item(s) must be returned in new conditionAll items returned for refund or exchange to California Covers must be in a new, ready-to-sell condition. This includes all installation hardware, instructions, packaging and paperwork that were part of your original order.* The return package must be clearly labeled with a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) on all 4 sides of the container. * Items returned without obtaining an RA# first or without clearly displaying the number are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will delay the return process. For more information about obtaining an RA#, call 800-431-6599 after we accept your return, the credit card originally used to place your order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and fees. If a product is not in new condition (including original packaging and paperwork) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense. Total turnaround time for inspection and refund is approximately 3-5 weeks.
